Voice message will be attached to the email in WAV file format. User can access their email account to retrieve and listen to the voice messages on their multimedia PC. This feature requires the Voice mail server to be connected to the network/internet Mobile phone notification. When new voice messages are left on an extension with this feature enable, the system can call the extension owners mobile phone and play the messages SMS notification. System can notify users of any new voice messages by sending SMS notification to their mobile phone. This feature requires the purchase of a SMS modem.

Converged VTER facilitates message retrieval from any of your favorite email program through its mail routing service. It is fully (POP3/SMTP) compliant. You can configure your email client application to provide notification for new messages. You can choose to retain your original voice messages at the server or off-loading all the messages to your corporate email.
